How I mobilised Harrods Magazine?
As part of Harrod’s magazine’s new website launch I also helped design pages for the new iPad App, these were templates created and updated via inDesign. I created visually polished pages that not just looked great but also flowed well as part of the overall journey via X & Y axis swiping. Other duties included; content preparation, layout templates, Photoshoot guidance.
I worked at tight deadlines with the Head of Digital, Print Art Director, Digital Manager, copywriters to make sure the tone of voice matched the Harrods brand and external developers.

Visually recreating the luxurious essence of Harrods Publications onto the digital (iPad) space has now landed the app the 2013 Gold Lovie Award for mobile innovation beating the likes of Tate Etc, the Jamie Oliver group app, Audi A1 and the 2013 IKEA catalogue app. It features unparalleled fashion, beauty and lifestyle content each month, a unique fusion of editorial and retail enabling readers to tap and shop at their fingertips.
Yep that’s how I roll.
